Wednesday is an exciting time for us because it signals the official beginning to Chillipepper. The first group of Concoxions Crew and Volunteers arrive and, after a great dinner together, play in the now annual “Chillipepper Open.”
Tonights game was played in slightly sub freezing temperatures by 10 hopefuls all vying for that ever illusive title of champion. Many players tied, including myself with Bill and Kathy for third, but tonight Will Wright was victorious.
Afterwards, we all retired to our respective hotels for what probably will be the earliest time most of us will go to bed for the rest of the weekend.
